Site of the 2004 Showcase of Homes, Riverbluff Ranch is a 1,000 acre Gated Community. If you attended the show, you parked on our property. It was used as the parking lot for the show. The benefit of this was that they roughed in a driveway for us.

From the North Division Y, take Highway 395 North to Hatch Road exit. Turn left on Hatch, and shortly thereafter another left on Dartford Rd. Turn right on the next road, which is DALTON. Dalton will eventually become Hazard. Follow Hazard all the way to the Gated Entrance of RiverBluff Ranch. Our property is located on the same road as the gate, and will be posted with a FOR SALE BY OWNER sign. It is about 1/4 mile up the paved road.
